"Good Enough" (Offical Video) released

‘Good Enough’ is the third single released from 2026’s “How to Cast a Shadow”.

Ray Alder on this track. “‘Good Enough’ was one of the first songs written for How To Cast A Shadow. It‘s a simple yet beautiful song, and it quickly became one of my favorite songs that Jim and I had written together. While we never intended for it to be released as a single or video we decided that while we were together for a photo shoot we would also shoot a video for this. I think that we both agreed that this song was just too nice not to be shared with others.”

Ray Alder: Vocals
Jim Matheos: Guitar / Programming
Dennis Leeflang: Drums

Good Enough

Would it be enough if I told you I’d settle down?
Would you take my hand and tell me that now I’m found?
Is that good enough? Am I good enough?
Then you led me down the path away from broken ground

Well, I’ve spent so long in the pouring rain
I thought that I would swim, but I think it’s time to come in

I had drifted through the clouds and then I found you
I arrived without a name and now I have two
And that’s enough and that’s enough
Oh, every star relies on darkness to shine through

Now the rain is just a distant sound a thousand miles away
And I think that I will stay

It all comes down to this
We’re not all victims of circumstance
And it’s harder to admit
That we all run out of second chances
